Hi there!

I had the opportunity to play with this awesome set of stamps and dies from Concord & 9th that I purchased from Kraftgali! I messed around with the Polkadot Turnabout Stamp and the Unicorn Awesomeness Stamp and Die set for a while before finally creating this card.

Apparently, I messed up the Turnabout stamp. I could have fixed this when I realized it, by turning my paper until it lined up correctly, but I decided to go with it and see where it led. I ended up LOVING the look! I feel like it looks more organic, which suited my card just perfectly. 🙂

Here is an example of this card that I made where the Turnabout stamp worked out perfectly. I liked this card, it was just fine until I messed up the sentiment. But, mistakes are AWESOME! Mistakes are often what forces you to re-make a card and to improve it. 🙂

I can’t remember which Copic Markers I used, but I’m pretty sure I used the following Catherine Pooler Inks for the card above:
Tiki Torch
Orange Twist

Here is the Unicorn Stamp Set by Concord & 9th, it is SO lovely!

The inks and products I used for the blue card are:
Something Borrowed Catherine Pooler Ink
Fiesta Blue Catherine Pooler Ink
It’s A Boy Catherine Pooler Ink
Sterling Embossing Powder from Brutus Monroe
Raven Detail Ink from Brutus Monroe
Embossing Ink from Brutus Monroe

I hope I have inspired you! Check out the offerings Kraftgali has to offer and let me know what you’re inspired to create!

  1. Your cards are darling. I love the random look of the blue polka dot background. I’m amazed that just that slightly angled cardstock caused such a big difference, but now I think it would be fun to play with that stamp to see how changing the angle changes the results. lol.

Thank you for sharing your cards and video.
