Do you have a Poptart lover in your life? My daughter’s teacher is always eating Poptarts when I drop my kiddo off at school. This card MAY end up being her card at the end of the year. I had SO MUCH FUN coloring these adorable little Poptarts!
This stamp set comes from The Sassy Club, I’ve been eyeing their stuff for a while, but I just now got to ordering some. Primarily The Sassy Club caters to planner ladies, but I saw this set and thought it would make a great card. Included in the Poptart designs are some great ones that might work well for Halloween!
I used my grid that was printed on acetate A LOT for this card. I used it to line up the Poptarts correctly, but I also used it for the sentiment. Both lining up the sentiment and in practicing the stamping of the word “art” as it was part of the word Poptart. What REALLY helped with lining everything up was the die and how symmetrical it just really ensured that the words were centered as well as the tarts.
The white base panel of the card SHIMMERS too! It is plain Neenah cardstock, but I ran my Wink of Stella over it, you should see it in person! I also used sparkly embossing powder over the sentiment too, this card looks like it is coated in sugar!
I don’t have a whole lot of the Distress Markers, but boy was I ever glad that I had the Wilted Violet one, which was one of the Distress Inks I used. I really need to get more of them! I’ll also be getting WAY MORE stamps from The Sassy Club!
Thank you so much for reading! I hope I’ve inspired you today!
