Hi there! Thank you so much for stopping by on this really great Blog Hop for Finder’s Keeper’s, 3L Scrapbook Adhesives, and Rita Barakat!

Today I’d like to share this scrapbook page I created recently. I didn’t use the most beautiful photo of my daughter ever, in fact, you can BARELY see her, but this page wasn’t about my daughter, more about the moment. I wanted to capture a really special moment that she got to experience; this was her first time going to our local library and reading to therapy dogs.

I love that she was willing to write a small bit about this experience. It just adds so much emotional value to this project.

My daughter LOVES all animals, especially dogs; I’m not sure that there is a dog in this world that she hasn’t pet. She’ll do anything to hang out with a dog, even though she has two at home.

I thought that Rita’s Art Foamies stamp, that reads “I’m a Dream Chaser” was more than perfect with this setting. I loved that her Fairy Wings Purple embossing powder, made by Emerald Creek, complimented the colors of the Finder’s Keepers Libris Schmibris paper wonderfully well!

Want to see another project I used Rita’s Embossing Powder on? Check this project out! 😀

Aren’t these overall colors SO dreamy?!?!?!

Want to see my process? You’re in luck, here is a video!

In the video I talk, briefly, about the difference between Paper Artsy’s Grunge Paste and The Crafter’s Workshop White Pearl Modeling Paste. You can see that difference here, where the stars are more defined, that is the modeling paste, the stars made by the Grunge Paste are much more obscured. Both are AWESOME, it just depends on the look you’re going for!
