We had quite a cold week this week. I’m ready for warmer weather! Today I offer this beautiful gem, hopefully, it reminds you of the warmer weather we can expect sometime in the next several months! I hope your future involves warm breezes, hammocks, and pina coladas!

This card involves two stamp sets from My Favorite Things, the flowers are from a stamp set called Tiki Party. Unfortunately, I do not know what the girl’s name is but she seems to be discontinued. I used Distress Inks as watercolor paint. The stencil is from Hero Arts and is the Tropical Background Stencil. Please enjoy the process photos that I took, and feel free to ask any questions you might have via the comments!

The sentiment is a straight sentiment, however with the assistance of my transparency and my Misti, I was able to curve it. I hope to show a video on how I did this soon.

This is an A2 top folding card, the base is Jellybean Green from Gina K, the image itself is painted on some Tim Holtz distress paper.
